Set off at job site
We will bring your order to the job site and place the materials on the ground.  Every effort will be made to comply with specific placement requests.  Roofing will normally be delivered by boom truck or forklift.
Cost:  The delivered prices in our catalog reflect the cost for this service.

Please make any special delivery requests clear when you place your order.  You can normally request morning or afternoon delivery.  Our trucks are radio dispatched, and if requested, we will call you one hour before delivery.  

Roofing shingles cannot be placed in the garage.

Fragile or damaged driveways require special consideration.  We will deliver your order with a forklift if you tell us that you do not want a large truck on your customer's driveway.  (Subject to forklift availability)

Utility wires can also be a problem.  Safety is always our first concern, and we will never boom trucks anywhere near utility wires.

Material will be left uncovered unless you specifically request otherwise.

Commercial Crane
We charge a $100.00 surcharge for the crane.  The 1st hour is billed, and then every 1/2 hour after that.  $500.00 max for the day.

Trip Charges
Trip Charges will be assessed over 60 miles from the closest branch.
Cost:  The charge will be $1.50 per mile to and from the job.

 

Shingles boomed to the roof for customer unloading.
We lift full pallets of roofing materials to the roof.

You will be responsible for removing the shingles from the pallets and placing them on the roof.

Cost:  For this service, a fee of $.64 per bundle (for example, $1.92 for a square of 3 bundles)  will be charged to builders and contractors, $1.20 per bundle (for example, $3.60 for a square of 3 bundles) will be charged to retail customers.  This fee is in addition to the regular delivered price show in our catalog.

If no one is on the job when our truck arrives we have no choice but to place the shingles on the ground.  If we wait too long for you to arrive,  we will be late for our next customer.

Fragile or damaged driveways require special consideration.  We may be unable to get near the house if the driveway is fragile and weather conditions (or the homeowner) will not allow us to drive in the yard.
