Return Policy

We know that estimating a job is tough.  You don’t want to run out of material, but you don’t want to pay large
return charges on material you don’t use.

We understand, and we have come up with a fair-to-all policy.

Pick Up
•    There is no return charge for any stock material returned by our customers to any of our warehouses.

Delivered
•    There is a 15% return charge for any stock materials if you ask us to pick them up at the job site.
•    There is a 5% return charge for any stock material you ask us to pick up at your warehouse.

Terms & Conditions
•    Items clearly identified as special order-no returns cannot be returned for any reason.
•    Items must be returned within 90 days of purchase.
•    Items purchased on closeout special cannot be returned.
•    Custom cut rubber cannot be returned.
•    Must have a receipt.
