$25 Small Delivery Surcharge Fee

Effective May 1, 2008

Dear Valued Customer:

Due to the increase in fuel prices Reese has no option but to begin to charge a fuel surcharge fee on
deliveries under $150.00.  It would be our desire to never pass along this type of fee, so we ask for your
assistance when placing orders.

You can avoid this surcharge by adding material (i.e. coil nails, coil stock, felt paper, etc.) to your existing
order so it will exceed $150.00.  In addition you can avoid this surcharge by adding a small new order to an
existing order going to the same address.

Naturally we will continue to deliver backorders of any size with no additional surcharge.

If, however, you place an order for a delivery or a jobsite pickup and the total order amount is under $150.00
a $25.00 small Delivery/Pickup Surcharge Fee will apply.

All other delivery charges remain the same.
