By providing the necessary details and information to facilitate the process, the customer acknowledges and agree that Reese Wholesale is acting as their authorized agent in this capacity. 2 Manufacturer Rebate Agreement: The customers understand that submitting the invoices to the manufacturers for rebates is subject to the specific terms and conditions outlined in the rebate agreements established between the customer and the manufacturer. These terms include but are not limited to qualifying purchases, submission deadlines, and any other stipulations set forth by the manufacturer. 3. Accuracy of Information: Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete information related to rebate-eligible purchases to Reese Wholesale. It is imperative that all submitted details, including but not limited to customer account numbers, addresses, email addresses are provided by the customer. 4. Responsibility for Rebate Qualification: The qualification for an approval of rebates from the manufacturers are at the sole discretion of the respective manufacturers. Reese Wholesale will make every effort to facilitate the submission process in accordance with the submission agreements, but the ultimate decision regarding rebate qualification rests with the manufacturers. 5. Customers acknowledge that the decision-making process related to rebates is the sole responsibility of the manufacturers, and Reese Wholesale cannot influence or guarantee the outcome of such payments. 8. Indemnification: Customers agree to indemnify and hold Reese Wholesale harmless from and against any and all claims, demands, losses, liabilities, and expense arising out of or in connections with rebate invoice submission, including but not limited to any disputes or discrepancies related to rebate qualification or processing.9. Modification of Terms: Reese Wholesale reserves the right to modify or update the terms and conditions in this disclaimer at its discretion.
